All products are made on-demand. Typical timelines:

  • Germany: ~3–6 business days
  • EU neighbors: ~5–9 business days
  • USA: ~7–12 business days

Shipping costs: Germany & US: free. EU rates shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. Please contact us within 14 days with photos & order number.

Order Changes/Cancellations (2 hours)

Custom Requests (Size, Medium, Product)

You found an artwork you love but want it in a different size or on a different product (e.g., mug, hoodie, phone case, T-shirt)?

No problem — just email info@curiocanvas.de with the artwork and desired format. We’ll check feasibility and create a manual order for you.

Please note: custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal/returns.

Shipping Regions

We ship to Germany, EU neighbors, and the USA. Other countries on request.
